[atariparty] Possible dates for Atari Party 2016 -- feedback!?

It looks like June 18th is the best date for the greatest number
of volunteers.  However, it _sounds_ like the Blanchard Room may
not be available that day (despite it still being >3 months out).
I'm talking with folks at the library to make sure we're on the
same page.

FYI, the the next best (for volunteers) is July 30th, so at the moment,
that's my Plan B.
