Reminder to please sign on to the attached Sodsaver letter, if you have not
done so already. The cosponsors of the bill asked that we open the letter up
to non-national groups, so please also reach out to your affiliates and
partners around the country. Given that the House Ag Committee is very
likely to delay markup to the last week of June, we are extending the sign
on deadline to Monday, June 18 COB. Thank you!

All - Please consider signing on to the attached letter in support of the
Sodsaver bill introduced by Reps. Kristi Noem (R-SD) and Tim Walz (D-MN) on
May 31. The marker bill language is also attached, for those who have not
seen it. We will aim to deliver the letter early next week. Reps. Noem and
Walz originally asked organizations to endorse a Dear Colleague letter but
have since decided that an organizational support letter would be more
helpful. There will be a similar letter coming from hunting industry groups.
The organizations that pre-endorsed the Dear Colleague are listed below. I
will assume that these organizations remain supportive and interested in
signing on to the organizational support letter. Please let me know if this
